WARRANTY

MixMatch Lighting warrants its 120V lighting fixtures—including all housings, wiring, and mechanical components—to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of sale, when properly installed and used under normal conditions.

Replaceable lamps (light bulbs) are warranted for one (1) year from the date of sale.

This warranty applies only to products installed in accordance with all applicable electrical codes and MixMatch Lighting guidelines.

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be requested within thirty days of receiving the item. Returned goods are subject to a restocking charge of 20%-50%. Please email  Returns@mixmatchlighting.com for RA number. Product must be returned in original condition within thirty days of approval for credit to be issued. The specific nature of the problem must be identified for any item returned as defective. Custom products cannot be returned.

BREAKAGE POLICY
Please open and inspect all packages. Breakage must be claimed within 10 business days upon receipt for no charge replacement.
